We have always believed that our staff team of support workers have been what makes our company great.
Without them we couldn’t go on and without their hard work and dedication our services users would lead such different lives.
It goes without saying we think they’re great, but it’s taken a global pandemic to make others realise now how important the role of a health and social care worker is. We are nothing without their commitment to providing the very best care for us, whether they’re supporting our service users to the doctors that help with care and advice, the hospital staff that are there when we need and to all the key workers that before now were unsung heroes.
Their compassion, selflessness and extraordinary dedication to their roles goes above and beyond anything we could ask for and for that we Thank you!
We thank you for coming to work when the rest of the world are told to stay at home and look after themselves, we thank you for the long hours, the missed breaks, not being able to see and care for your own families. We thank you for coming together and supporting each other not just our service users because without a strong and committed team we would not get through this.
We don’t even have to say ‘Keep up the great work’ because we know that is what you do every day without even being asked!
