We are currently looking for new staff to join our team.
We are a small company that has four care homes providing 24 hour support to our residents who have Learning Disabilities, Autism or behaviours that challenge.
We are looking for a female Deputy Manager who has at least 2 years experience in a senior social care role (preferably in the learning disability field) with the ability to drive our manual wheelchair adapted vehicles (not mini buses). This is on a 36 hour contract with 1 or 2 sleep ins a week, our shifts are 8am – 8pm.
We are also looking for female Support Workers. You don’t need experience just a passion for the role however you must have the ability to drive our manual wheelchair adapted vehicles (not mini buses). This is on a 36 hour contract with 1 or 2 sleep ins a week, our shifts are 8am – 8pm.
(Due to the nature of the role and the personal care needs of our service users, at this time we are currently only looking for female staff.)
